Your health insurance company might end your coverage if you fall behind on your monthly premiums. But before your insurance company can end your coverage, many policies have a short period of time to pay called a “grace period.”

Most of our providers have direct billing agreement with the hospitals and if you use a hospital outside of their network then you can easily claim using  an online claim via mobile application for OPD. To claim for IPD, our partners will need to approve the payment.

Our partners have all the major international hospitals in their network. You won’t have to pay anything if you use them. But if you decide to choose an other hospital,  you just have to contact the insurance company prior to hospitalization.
